This hotel is definitely a hidden gem in terms of value for money. Located right at the Kankodori tram station, it offers easy access to many places in Nagasaki. The hotel is situated in a great area for shopping and dining, with the main shopping street just a walk away. The staff is friendly and the rooms are basic but kept clean, with amenities like an electric kettle for added convenience. Plus, the breakfast options are diverse and satisfying.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults with it.

This hotel is a hidden gem, situated in a prime location near bustling Chinatown and the Kankodori tram station, making it super convenient for exploring Nagasaki. The staff here are top-notch, always polite and ready to answer any question you may have. The rooms are cozy and kept immaculately clean, with all the basic amenities you need, including an electric kettle for that much-needed cup of tea. Plus, the breakfast spread is truly a feast for the senses.
All was well, no improvements needed.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the great service and convenient location of this hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was superb with a lot of organic options to choose from. the hotel was located close to popular attractions and provided easy access to transportation services.
the entrance was hard to find and the signage was not clear.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the tourist sites and transportation options. We also loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The hotel staff provided excellent service and even helped us with directions. The covered shopping street was just a short walk away, making it very convenient for us to shop.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is fantastic, right near restaurants, shops, and a tram station that makes it super convenient to explore the area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious and kept clean, with basic amenities like an electric kettle. And the breakfast was outstanding, with a buffet of delicious local foods.
No downsides, everything was great.
